TOTALLY USELESS!!! DOES NOT WORK!!!

I LOVE the regular Art.com app for ordering all artwork that is already in their database -- not to mention having choices of frames, canvases, even aluminum.

However, their Photos To Art section/app simply DOES NOT WORK -- IT WILL NOT ACCEPT ANY PHOTOS THE USER TRIES TO UPLOAD -- the same error messages pop up every single time I try to send photos from Photo Roll, especially pics taken on my iPhone. I have tried it every few months for at least two years now -- including the 3/5/16 current upgrade!

I see from other complaints on here that this non response from the developer toward complaints from users is common.

Nothing left to say -- it is not functioning, on any level! Thankfully, it doesnt affect the rest of the excellent Art.com website -- Ive ordered many framed prints from their selection of artists, some famous, some not.
